Our Pilates instructors are chartered physiotherapists and expertly combine their musculoskeletal understanding with advanced Pilates training. Your Pilates sessions whether within a class, 1:1 or online will be bespoke to your clinical presentation and recovery goals.

Online Classes

Pilates is a lifestyle choice that will help you to move better, remove bad habits and create a positive change. Focusing on alignment, breathing and correct muscle activation, you will quickly recognise that the principles of Pilates intertwine with all aspects of daily life – you name it and Pilates will be assisting you in some way or another to reduce pain, prevent injury and improve your movement!

As a lifestyle choice, one weekly class will not be enough. We advise that you consider doing 3-4 Pilates sessions per week. Therefore we have created two online classes each week and lots of online resources to complement your regular classes. This is a membership only resource so please use your password to access these sections.
