Our bespoke classes have a clinical focus because they are led by one of our physiotherapists with advanced Pilates training and are designed to provide a seamless progression from injury to recovery and help you stay that way. Of course, a class a week is not enough, so we have developed a library of resources to help you throughout the week in the comfort of your own home.
