How Often: Aim for 30-60 secs at a time, holding the stretch for this long. Daily & often Description: In sitting or standing, with the elbows straight. Interlock you fingers and pull the wrist/forearm to be stretched up towards you. Top Tip: You should feel a stretch along the top of the forearm Goal: Improve wrist and forearm mobility and help relieve pain.
