How Often: 1 minute at a time. Daily & often

Description: Sitting upright on the edge of a chair with your arm extended out to the side at 90 degrees. Start holding your wrist and fingers extended. Slowly tilt you head away and then back towards your arm.

Top Tip: You should feel a stretch at any point along the arm

Goal: Improve mobility and reduce pain/stiffness along the neck and arm
