FAQs
All your questions, answered!
Not really, just yourself! If you can, wear something you are comfortable in or bring something to change into. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you to your treatment.
Usually no – you can just book in, come for treatment and get better! However if you have health insurance with Westfield or any other private health insurer (e.g. Bupa, Axa PPP, Aviva, etc) you will need a referral from your GP before your treatment can be authorised. It is best if you contact your insurer before making an appointment so you can be sure of their policy.
If you need to change or cancel you appointment – that’s fine. We just ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice of any changes to your appointment so that we can re-allocate the appointment. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge.
Pay as you go: If you are paying for treatment yourself or claiming the cost of your treatment back from your health insurer (i.e. Westfield Health or HSA) you will be asked to pay at the start of each treatment session.
Direct settlement: Many private health insurance companies will settle the cost of treatment directly with the clinic. You will need to provide us with your policy and authorisation numbers and we’ll sort the rest out with your insurer.
Initial (assessment and treatment) consultation £75 and follow up sessions £60. Specialist services such as injections, Shockwave Therapy, etc. are priced separately. Reduced rates are available for students – please call us for more information.
