Sarah completed her undergraduate qualification at Sheffield Hallam University and quickly specialised in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. She completed her masters qualification in Advancing Physiotherapy with distinction. She is also qualified in western acupuncture.
Sarah has enjoyed a varied career, working in both the NHS and private practice. She was fortunate enough to enjoy a period of time working in Australia and has spent three years working in a private practice on world renowned Harley Street, London.
Sarah has always been an exercise enthusiast and enjoys incorporating hands-on techniques with rehabilitative exercise to enable people to return to the things they love to do. Over the years she has developed a special interest in the rehabilitation of children and is an accredited ‘Kids back 2 sport’ practitioner.
In her own time, Sarah is a passionate runner and triathlete, having previously represented Great Britain as an age group athlete at the European Championships in both duathlon and middle distance triathlon. As a result she loves working with amateur runners and triathletes of all ages and abilities.
Her other special interests include helping women maintain optimal musculoskeletal health in peri and post menopause and helping people return to fitness following cancer related treatment and surgeries.
