How Often: 1-2 minutes at a time. Daily & often.

Description: Lying on your back, slowly slide the foot back and forth to bend and straighten the knee as far a your pain allows.

Top Tip: You can also do this in sitting having a ball placed under your foot.

Goal: Improve mobility and help to reduce pain/stiffness around the knee.
