How Often: 1-2 minutes. Daily & often Description: In sitting, with your forearm supported. Starting with the thumb touching the tip of the index finger. Slowly slide the thumb along the tip of each finger until you reach the base of the little fingers and hand crease. Top Tip: Try soaking your hand in warm water before mobilising. Goal: Improve thumb mobility and help relieve pain.
