How Often: 1 to 2 minutes. Daily & often

Description: In sitting, having a towel placed underneath your barefoot. Slowly curl the toes to scrunch up the towel, and relax.

Top Tip: See if you can grip hard enough to lift the towel in the air using your foot.

Goal: Activate muscles in the foot and medial arch.
