How Often: x1-2 minutes daily & often.
Description: Standing with shoulder at 90 degrees infant of you with a soft ball against the wall. Wire out an imaginary alphabet on the wall with the ball, keeping the elbow straight and not shrugging the shoulders.
Top Tip: Try to get as far into the alphabet as possible or complete as many rounds as you can in 1-2 minutes.
Goal: Activate the muscles around the shoulder and scapula.
