How Often: x8 reps x4 sets. Twice a day. Every other day.

Description: In lying with 1 foot placed on the floor and the other raised in the air. Using your hands by your side for support slowly raise your hips up and down with control.

Top Tip: Place your hands across your chest to make this more challenging.

Goal: Improve strength and stability in the lower limbs and trunk.
