How Often: x8 reps x4 sets. Twice a day. Every other day.

Description: In lying with 1 foot placed onto a step or chair. Using your hands by your side for support slowly raise your hips up and down with control.

Top Tip: Place your hands across your chest to make this more challenging.

Goal: Improve strength and stability in the lower limbs and trunk.
