Work with us | reception team
Exceptional patient care starts long before a treatment session begins.
That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and personable individual to join our administration team and support each patient’s journey, helping us deliver the gold standard service that sits at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be an important part of each patient’s experience, providing a friendly and professional first impression while ensuring every task is handled with accuracy and care.
About us
The Physios was established over 30 years ago, and has grown into one of Sheffield’s largest and most respected physiotherapy clinics. As we continue to grow, we’re committed to delivering outstanding care, continually improving the patient experience, and building a team of people who genuinely want to make a difference.
What we are looking for
– You will be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional disposition at all times.
– As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be polite, friendly, and have excellent communication skills.
– You’ll also be expected to use your initiative, but above all, be approachable and welcoming.
Previous administration experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who is amiable, organised, and eager to learn. A positive attitude and a willingness to develop new skills are what matters most.
Working hours
This is a part-time position of 16.75 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings, and Friday afternoons, with one Saturday morning shift per month.
In addition, four hours of this role will involve maintaining the cleanliness of the practice, helping to uphold a welcoming environment for our patients.
There will be regular opportunities for additional shifts to cover staff absence and holidays. Flexibility and additional availability would therefore be a distinct advantage, particularly during school holidays.
Very friendly, caring and innovative team that doesn’t stand still. A working environment where pure, gold-standard physio is promoted and the patients’ care and well-being is at the heart of everything we do.
