Alison has been involved in the practice from the very start! Starting out with a law degree, she quickly discovered that her interests lay outside this and after a short time working in financial services, she fulfilled a long held desire to work with people in the deaf community. Alison became extremely proficient in sign language and worked in family, university and hospital environments before leaving to start a family.
In recent years as the practice has grown, Alison has played a key role in assembling the team and now takes care of all compliance and governance matters as well as ensuring our reception team are fulfilled and happy! She is a self confessed coffee addict and mostly works in our back office (close to the coffee machine!).
