How Often: 1-2 minutes at a time. Daily & often

Description: In sitting, with the leg out straight, slowly aim to write the alphabet with you foot. Only go a far as your pain allows, aiming to get larger movements each time.

Top Tip: Try writing the alphabet in lower or upper case, or even try writing your name.

Goal: Improve mobility and activate muscles around the foot/ankle.
