How Often: 1-2 minutes at a time. Daily & often

Description: Lying on your side with knees and hips flexed, and your arms out straight in-front. Slowly raise the arm up and round to rotate the back, opening the chest to the ceiling. Aim to increase the range each time if comfortable.

Top Tip: Keep you eyes on your hand all the way through the movement.

Goal: Improve mobility and reduce pain/stiffness across the neck and back.
