How Often: 1-2 minutes at a time. Daily & often
Description: Sitting upright on the edge of a chair, feet planted firmly on the ground. Slowly rotate the head round left and right as far as possible within a comfortable range.
Top Tip: Focus on a point/object in the room that you can see at the ned of the range and see if you can see further past this as you rotate more.
Goal: Improve mobility and reduce pain/stiffness across the neck and back.
