Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is about limiting the extent of the injury, reducing or reversing the impairment and correcting the disability.

Exercise forms a significant part of the rehab process and there is very strong scientific evidence to support this. We know that in order to secure a sustainable recovery, the body needs to recover its strength and conditioning which are always adversely affected during injury. That’s why you’ll be given exercises for you to do in between treatment to facilitate your recovery. We’ve also developed a library of videos to complement our treatment plans and keep you on track.
