The Physios Privacy Policy | GDPR

On 25thMay 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules took effect in the EU. In our opinion, these new rules are a welcomed update to the outdated Data Protection Act (1998). In a nutshell, businesses like The Physios who hold sensitive information/data about you, need to handle that information sensitively and be held accountable to this. Therefore, we have updated our privacy policy to clarify:

  • The information we collect
  • How we use this information
  • How you can access, update, or delete data you have shared, unsubscribe from our communications, and decline to have your data used for marketing purposes

Please take a moment to review our updated privacy policy. Although GDPR is an EU regulation, it provides the basis for the updated Data Protection Act (2018) and our compliance with both of these policies proves our commitment to providing the highest level of protection and confidentiality.
